U.K. firms form joint venture
Legal & General Capital has established a new strategic partnership with Patron Capital. The Perpetual Opportunities Partnership will invest in long-term, operational real estate and infrastructure investment opportunities with a positive social impact. Patron will act as the primary originator and day-to-day investment manager.

The venture follows Legal & General’s strategy for U.K. housing and infrastructure with an appetite to provide long-term capital to the energy, housing, urban regeneration and alternative financing sectors. The investments will be made by Le
