Two pension funds with the city of San Jose, Calif., are seeking proposals for general investment consulting services, according to an RFP posted to the city’s website.
The consultant will render services for both the San Jose Federated City Employees’ Retirement System and the San Jose Police & Fire Department Plan.
As of Sept. 30, 2019, San Jose Police & Fire had a 2.5 percent allocation to private real estate with a 3 percent target, and a 4.2 percent allocation to core real estate against a target of 5 percent.
San Jose Federated had 2.8 percent allocated to private real estate against a 2 percent target, and a 4.1 percent allocation to core real estate against a 5 percent target.
The RFP is scheduled to close on Feb. 21. Find more information
