Two Massachusetts-based pension fund are conducting searches for their real estate portfolios.
The $770 million Norfolk County Retirement System, based in Canton, Mass., is searching for a real estate manager for a $20 million commitment to an opportunistic/value-added real estate fund, according to the RFP.
The RFP is available on consultant Wainwright’s website. Registration is required. Proposals are due Sept. 18.
And the Haverhill (Mass.) Retirement System is requesting proposals for a value-added/opportunistic real estate investment manager. HRS seeks to commit as much as $6 million.
