Archer Hotel Capital has acquired he 210-key Hoxton Shoreditch and the 220-key Hoxton Holborn in London for a total purchase price of £215 million (€248 million/$272 million) from Norlake Hospitality. The hotels are prominently located in the heart of the U.K. capital and following the transaction, they will continue to be managed by Ennismore.
