Two foreign investors buy U.S. properties

In separate deals, two foreign investors have bought two assets in U.S. markets, totaling $290 million in sales prices.

Germany-based Union Investment Real Estate has purchased its first U.S. hotel in Boston for $180 million. The sellers were Oxford Capital Group and an affliliate of Walton Street Capital.
