Turner Impact Capital launches new multifamily real estate fund 

Turner Impact Capital, an investment management firm based in Los Angeles, has launched the next fund in its multifamily real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts. 

Turner Multifamily Impact Fund II is an impact fund that will invest in multifamily assets throughout the United States. A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.

The first fund in the series, Turner Multifamily Impact Fund, held a $264 million final close in 2017. The fund series seeks to acquire, improve, and preserve critically needed workforce rental housing throughout the country to provide investors with current income and capital appreciation and residents with access to affordable, quality housing
