Turnbridge Equities, a privately held, SEC-registered, vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm based in New York City, has launched a new fund for real estate investors.
With a $500 million fundraising target, Turnbridge Equities Real Estate Fund II will invest in U.S. real estate properties. The fund has already collected $189.5 million in equity commitments from 18 investors, according to a filing with the SEC.
Turnbridge’s portfolio is anchored by select assets in carefully developed investment strategies, according to the company’s website. Turnbridge pursues investment opportunities across the capital stack of all major real estate asset classes in high-growth, high-barrier-to-entry markets.
