Trius Lending Partners, a mid-Atlantic leading private money and hard-money lender, has opened a new evergreen fund, Trius Lending Partners Fund I.
Trius Lending Partners Fund I will be managed by Superior Settlement Services and invest in first lien short-term mortgage loans to borrowers for investment, renovation, and/or rehabilitation of residential and commercial real estate properties.
Trius Lending Partners lends on residential investment properties, fixes and flip and rehabilitation projects as well as commercial properties throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
The firm will seek to make tactical investments that may offer value-add potential, and time acquisitions and dispositions for maximum benefit to their investors.
