Tritax London Logistics Fund (TLLF) has raised £400 million ($532.9 million) in new equity, bringing its fund value to approximately £1.07 billion ($1.43 billion) as of the end of third quarter 2026, a 65 percent increase since Tritax became the fund’s manager in 2023.
The fund reached its equity fundraising target ahead of schedule and has expanded its international investor base, with overseas investors now accounting for 70 percent of its capital. Investors in-clude institutions from Australia, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States.
TLLF plans to raise an additional £150 million ($199.8 million) during the next 12 months and is targeting £1.5 billion ($2 billion) in fund value by 2028.
The fund has completed three acquisitions during the past 12 months as it expands its exposure to Greater London’s industrial and logistics market. Its portfolio comprises 22 assets totaling more than 2.3 million square feet.
