TriGate Capital has a planned final close for its TriGate Property Partners II on June 30. The opportunistic fund launched in January 2012 with a $300 million fundraising goal. It focuses on direct investment in the distressed debt and equity of existing assets in the United States.
The vehicle is the second discretionary real estate fund managed by TriGate Capital. The firm’s debut fund, TriGate Property Partners, also known as the Elm Street Fund, closed in 2009 with $115 million and is fully invested.
