TriGate Capital to launch real estate fund
TriGate Capital is in talks with current investors to gauge interest in launching its third value-added fund, TriGate Property Partners III, according to a spokesperson for TriGate. The fund would seek to raise $350 million in equity.
According to TriGate’s website, the firm invests in “opportunities that require new capital to solve capital issues or to further an asset or company business plan.” TriGate funds invest in office, retail, industrial, hotel and multifamily properties.
