Transwestern Strategic Partners Fund III, a value-add real estate fund, managed by Transwestern, has secured $259 million from six investors, according to a recent SEC document.
The fund launched in January with a $450 million fundraising target.
The vehicle will target industrial, multifamily and healthcare assets, as well as some retail and medical office properties.
