Transwestern appoints Jimmy Hinton as senior managing director

Transwestern has appointed Jimmy Hinton as senior managing director of investments and analytics.

Hinton will direct investment and analytics initiatives across all three Transwestern companies — Transwestern Investment Group, Transwestern Commercial Services and Transwestern Development Co.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Hinton worked as managing director and head of research at HFF for six years, and served as vice president of Cadence Bank for two years.

In his new role, Hinton will guide and support real estate investment strategy, market and asset selection, underwriting, and portfolio management for Transwestern and its clients.

At HFF, Hinton provided in-depth analysis of economic, property and capital market trends for a wide range of commercial property types.
