Cushman & Wakefield has disclosed in a Monday SEC filing that TPG and PAG Asia Capital plan to sell their combined 26.5 million shares in the firm.
The selling shareholders include funds affiliated with TPG and PAG Asia Capital, according to the release.
Cushman & Wakefield is not offering any ordinary shares. All of the ordinary shares are being offered by existing shareholders, and Cushman & Wakefield will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
