TPG Angelo Gordon and Hollybrook, a U.K.-based developer and contractor, have announced a programmatic joint venture targeting the acquisition and development of 2,000-plus purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) beds over the next three years. The venture is focusing on supply-constrained, multi-university student markets in the United Kingdom with strong demand fundamentals and growing student populations.
The joint venture has seeded the platform with a 271-bed PBSA development in Wimbledon, which Hollybrook commenced construction on last summer and is due for completion ahead of the 2026-2027 academic year.
