Tom Rugg has joined CBRE’s debt and structured finance platform as vice chair and co-head of U.S. large loans.
Rugg has more than 20 years of experience. He joins CBRE from Deutsche Bank, where he spent the past 12 years. Prior to his time there, he held senior capital markets roles at Wells Fargo Bank and Wachovia Securities.
