TMG Partners and Goldman Sachs acquire Mountain View office campus

TMG Partners and the real estate business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management have acquired a 445,967-square-foot, class A office campus at 350-380 Ellis Street in Mountain View, Calif. The seller, NortonLifeLock, is leasing back one of the property buildings. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property, situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, was constructed with high-quality architectural design and innovative features. Buildings A, B, C and D are four-story premier, class A office buildings that are interconnected in a U-shape surrounding the main campus area. The connectivity among all four buildings on nearly every floor provides a unique and walkable corporate environment.
