TMG Partners has made several promotions former. Co-CEO Matt Field is now vice chairman, former regional partner Ben Kochalski is promoted to president and CIO, and Ken Dupee, formerly managing director of development, is managing director of real estate.
Kochalski has been regional partner since 2019 and opened the firm’s Silicon Valley office. As president, he will expand his involvement in company management, and as CIO, will chair TMG’s investment committee.
Dupee, with TMG since 1998 leading entitlement, development, lease-up and the sale of 3.7 million square feet of Bay Area office space, will expand his involvement in all real estate responsibilities as managing director of real estate. He also will join the investment committee.
