Tishman Speyer has secured full construction financing for 50 Hudson Street, the second of a two-tower development that will bring new rental apartments, activated public outdoor spaces and retail amenities to Jersey City’s thriving waterfront.
After closing on a $331 million construction loan led by CDPQ, Tishman Speyer expects to commence this spring, with completion anticipated in 2028.
Located directly along the Hudson River, the 40-story tower will encompass 924 rental apartments featuring a mix of studio and one- and two-bedroom homes with sweeping views of New York Harbor, the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood, the Statue of Liberty and the iconic Manhattan skyline. Residents will benefit from an array of world-class indoor and outdoor amenities. 50 Hudson will be animated by 10,000 square feet of retail offerings at street level.
As part of the 50 Hudson project, Tishman Speyer will create an expansive public plaza that will seamlessly integrate with J
