Tishman Speyer has hired Rahul Anand to serve as managing director and regional director – India.
Anand brings three decades of experience, including nearly 20 years in India, to his new role at Tishman Speyer. Based in Mumbai, Anand will report to Joseph Ghazal, who joined Tishman Speyer in July as its first-ever global head of growth.
Immediately prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Anand was the CEO of Bombay Realty and head of Bombay Dyeing. Prior to joining Bombay Dyeing, Anand held leadership roles with global institutions Brookfield, Portman Holdings, JLL and Clark Construction, working to conceptualize, invest in, develop and manage high-quality mixed-use, residential and commercial assets in India, as well as Singapore and the United States.
