Nick Bryer has joined Tidewater Capital as managing director.
In his new role at Tidewater, Bryer will lead investment strategy and market-research initiatives and play a central role in managing the acquisition and investment functions, including sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions for the firm. He will work closely with other senior leaders in crafting strategic direction and managing the team to achieve objectives across the investments and asset management business verticals.
Most recently serving as senior vice president at The Roxborough Group, Bryer will join the investments team and will help lead Tidewater’s investment strategy and acquisitions efforts.
