Threestones Capital has acquired a nursing home facility in Rubià, Spain, for its TSC Fund — Eurocare IV investment vehicle. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Located in the north of the east side of Galicia, almost on the border with Castilla y León, the nursing home offers basic amenities at walking distance. Completed in 2008, the two-floor building boasts rooms with large common areas, as well as 86 beds and two basements.
Mimara Residencial, an operator of elderly care residences in Spain, will take over operations of the nursing home.
