Jodan Ledford has joined Thornburg Investment Management as head of institutional strategies, and Billy Rogers has joined the firm as chief operating officer, Natalie Lin reported for planadviser.com.
Ledford was previously the CEO of Smart USA, a retirement financial technology provider and Rogers was previously at PIMCO, where he worked a variety of roles, including as product manager, compliance officer and as head of regional and advisory operations.
