Thor Equities Group continues industrial expansion in Greater L.A. market

Thor Equities Group has acquired the 83,227-square-foot industrial asset in the West Inland Empire in California. It is the firm’s third industrial acquisition in the Greater Los Angeles region.

Located on 3.8 acres in Fontana, 10516 Commerce Way offers excellent access to an extensive highway network in the West Inland Empire with proximity to the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach and access to one of the largest consumer bases in the United States. The facility is 100 percent leased and features 24-foot clear heights.
