Thompson Thrift, the master developer of Fishers District, has closed on an additional 62 acres of land that will be utilized as part of the $550 million expansion to Fishers District in the Indianapolis suburb of Fishers.

As part of its public-private partnership with the city of Fishers on the development, Thompson Thrift concurrently sold a portion of
