The inaugural Springboard Europe 2026 took place 23–25 September at the Pestana Cidadela Cascais in Cascais, Portugal, and offered three days of in-depth discussions, coastline bike riding and a captivating keynote.
Springboard Europe 2026 was an invitation-only event designed for junior to mid-level real estate professionals. The programme facilitated conversations on current topics and offered a space for emerging leaders to connect with one another.
A major takeaway from the conference was that, despite the rapidly evolving AI landscape, real estate remains a people business built on genuine relationships, strong values and sound judgement.
