As ecommerce and consumption rates continue to boom with no signs of slowing, the Asia Pacific logistics sector is rushing to meet the needs of the exponentially evolving industry. With the fluctuating economic uncertainty from recent U.S. tariffs, the region is rethinking supply-chain organization, warehouse renovations and how to maximize efficiency as costs increase. In 2025, logistics properties rank as the most attractive property type to investors for the second consecutive year, according to this year’s Institutional Real Estate Investor Trends survey conducted by Institutional Real Estate, Inc. Despite the inevitable changes facing the sector, logistics in Asia Pacific remains a highly resilient and promising opportunity for investors.
