The Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) is seeking an experienced investment executive to manage its $35 billion trust fund.
Reporting to the executive director, the CIO will lead the investment program and head a team of 25.
TMRS is seeking interested candidates that are strategic and forward-thinking executives dedicated to public service. Broad asset class knowledge and significant experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation are required.
The CIO must also have an in-depth understanding of capital markets, the principles and practices of institutional investing, investment operations and investment policy development, according to TMRS.
