Tempus Realty Partners, an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership, announced the acquisition of an industrial portfolio totaling $40.3 million. The portfolio includes three sale-leaseback properties and one investment sale property, collectively spanning 574,548 square feet across 73 acres.
The acquisitions are located in Columbus, Ind; Hilliard, Ohio; Philipsburg, Penn; and Huntsville, Ala. The tenants include Duravent Group, a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced venting, filtration and air-control systems; Kassel Mechanical, a specialty contractor focused on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, millwright and rigging services; and Powder Metal Goldschmidt, a global leader in precision-engineered components for the automotive and industrial sectors.
