Taurus Investment Holdings has acquired a shallow-bay industrial portfolio comprising five class B buildings, totaling 339,136 square feet in the south Jersey/Philadelphia market.
The assets are currently 100 percent leased to 22 tenants. This latest acquisition expands Taurus’ overall U.S. industrial footprint to more than 18 million square feet across 12 states, following their recent ATL/DFW last-mile shallow-bay acquisition in August.

Taurus plans to add a new class A industrial property, spanning a
