Taurus Investment Holdings, a global private equity real estate firm, announced the acquisition of a Minneapolis shallow-bay industrial portfolio. The portfolio comprises 636,051 square feet and is currently 96 percent occupied by 71 tenants. With the addition of the Minneapolis shallow-bay portfolio, Taurus’s U.S. portfolio encompasses 13.2 million square feet of industrial product throughout the United States, including recent acquisitions in the Southwest and Northeast.
