Swiss Life Asset Managers, Norges Bank Investment Management to invest in Berlin and Paris through an investment vehicle

Swiss Life Asset Managers and Norges Bank Investment Management have acquired two landmark office buildings: VoltAir, a 30,000 square-meter (322,917-square-foot) property in Berlin and 86 Boulevard Haussmann, a 11,000-square-meter (118,403-square-foot) building in the heart of Paris.

The acquisition was made on behalf of an investment vehicle and is managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers, which targets investments in Berlin and Paris with a focus on prime locations and sizeable high-quality assets. To date, two real estate transactions have already been signed by the investment vehicle, VoltAir in Berlin for €457 million ($457 million) and 86 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris for €217 million ($217 million).
