Swire Properties announced to the Hong Kong exchange that it has entered into discussions for the sale of Cityplaza One, a 21-story office tower in the Taikoo Shing area Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
The potential sale price is estimated to be HK$10 billion ($1.29 billion), according to Asian media outlets.
Cityplaza One, completed in 1997, has approximately 58,400 square meters (629,000 square feet) in gross floor area
