Swift Real Estate launches new fund
Swift Real Estate Partners has launched Swift Real Estate Partners Fund II, according to a filing with the SEC. The fund is targeting equity commitments of $450 million.
The fund’s predecessor was a value-added fund that invested in office and industrial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and other major West Coast metros. Swift Real Estate Partners Fund I held a final close of $324 million in April 2014, exceeding its equity fundraising target of $250 million.
