Trustees of Illinois State Universities Retirement System on June 3 added to the system’s real assets investments by committing $225 million to Clarion Lion Properties Fund, a core, open-ended fund managed by Clarion Partners.
This is a new fund commitment for SURS.
Clarion Lion Properties Fund will invest in a balanced portfolio of primarily residential, industrial, office and retail properties while using the NCREIF Fund Index benchmark.
