Sunway Bhd, through its joint venture with Singapore developer Hoi Hup Realty, has won a competitive bid for the Flynn Park building for $277 million.
Completed in 1986, the 72-unit Flynn Park occupies 208,443 square feet of 4.79-acre residential-zoned freehold land near Pasir Panjang MRT station. The conglomerate said Sunway Property and Hoi Hup intend to redevelop the site into modern private residential condominiums.
