Northwood Investors has paid $160 million for Sunbelt Logistics Distribution Portfolio, a fully leased industrial portfolio totaling 1.8 million square feet located across Georgia, Florida and Texas.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller and secured acquisition financing from affiliates of Apollo.
