Stratford office projects sold to DWS for £240m

by Andrea Zander

European fund manager DWS, formerly known as Deutsche Bank Asset Management, has bought an office project in Stratford’s International Quarter London (IQL) for £240 million ($315 million).

The sellers were Australia-based Lendlease and the U.K. government property development company LCR

The 278,000-square-foot office building is part of a £2.4 billion ($3.2 billion) mixed-use International Quarter London development site, which will be completed in 2025.

On completion in 2019, the office building will become the new headquarters to both Cancer Research UK and the British Council.
