Stoneweg U.S., a real estate investment and development firm, has recently acquired The Station at Savannah Quarters, a 244-unit core-plus multifamily asset located in Pooler, Ga. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Developed by Tynes Development in 2019, The Station at Savannah Quarters is situated on roughly 10.8 acres within the renowned master-planned use development, Savannah Quarters. The property consists of three residential buildings — each consisting of four stories — a leasing center, a clubhouse, four carriage buildings and 34 garage stalls.
Stoneweg U.S. is planning to undertake ESG and traditional value-add programs, including installing portable electric-vehicle chargers, solar panels, new pool cabanas and turf for the game cornhole. An interior renovation program will also take place.
