Stoneweg appoints Juan Manuel Sevillano Campalans to lead recently launched €100m Places & Experiences platform

Stoneweg has appointed Juan Manuel Sevillano Campalans as managing director of Stoneweg Places & Experiences, its recently launched platform focused on curating unique cultural, leisure and entertainment experiences across Europe and the United States.

Campalans brings more than 28 years of experience in cultural management consulting and philanthropy in both the public and private sectors.

In his new role, Campalans will be responsible for the platform’s growth. Alongside three initial projects, which are informed by increasing consumer demand for immersive and shared experiences and the power of physical space in an ever more digitalized world, there are a further four projects in the pipeline, including in Paris, Miami and Barcelona, which will take the total initial investment in the platform to €100 million ($109 million). Based in Barcelona, Campalans will oversee a growing team of multidisciplinary experts.
