Stonehill and Innisfree Hotels dispose of 182-room Hampton Inn & Suites

Stonehill and Florida-based hotel owner/operator Innisfree Hotels have successfully disposed of the 182-room Hampton Inn & Suites located at 15505 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Fla. A sales price was not disclosed.

The hotel is located on the beaches of the Gulf Coast, across the street from Gulf World Marine Park and half a mile from the Pier Park. The hotel is rated #2 out of 49 hotels listed on TripAdvisor.

The hotel was developed and opened in 2017 by Innisfree, in partnership with Stonehill, an affiliate of Peachtree Hotel Group, which provides first mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financing on hotel assets across the United States.

Innisfree Hotels will reportedly remain as an owner-operator of the hotel.
