Stoltz raises $134m for fifth real estate fund
Stoltz Real Estate Partners has raised $133.8 million for Stoltz Real Estate Fund V, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund, which launched in 2014, is seeking to raise $250 million. Stoltz funds focus on value-added and core-plus retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties throughout the United States. The fund has received commitments from investors such as the Montana Board of Investments.
Stoltz Real Estate Fund IV, the fund’s predecessor, held a final close of $130.75 million in 2013.
