Stoltz Industrial Fund II, a core fund managed by Stoltz Real Estate Partners, has raised roughly $174 million, against a target of $500 million.
According to a recent filing with the SEC, the fund has secured 15 investors.
Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Stoltz Real Estate Partners is a vertically-integrated real estate fund manager that owns and operates retail, office, industrial and multifamily investments throughout the United States. Stoltz Industrial Fund II will focus on the industrial segment of the market.
Stoltz Real Estate Partners seeks to identify core-plus/value-add properties that are mispriced by the market and offer the opportunity to generate value-add/opportunistic returns through value enhancement and capable management, according to the firm’s website.
