Stockdale Capital Partners has made four new hirings of senior level executives: Cole Haverty, vice president, acquisitions; Max MacArthur-Ricciuti, senior vice president, capital formation; Lauren Gausden, senior vice president of retail leasing; and Charles Sheaffer head of engineering, property management.
Stockdale also recently opened an East Coast headquarters in New York City to support its expanding national presence and to better serve its institutional investor base, which includes domestic and international pension funds, endowments, global financial institutions, and prominent family offices.
