Stockdale Capital Partners has held a final closing of SCP Real Estate Opportunities Fund II (REOF II), with total capital commitments more than $700 million from leading institutional investors globally.

The fund closed total primary commitments of $500 million, more than 50 percent higher than its predecessor fund, and more than $200 million of co-investment capital commitments to date. Institutional investors include U.S. and international public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, prominent family offices, and financial institutions.
