Paul Kolevsohn has been named managing director at Stockbridge.
He will lead firm’s investment research and strategy. In this newly created role, Kolevsohn will lead the integration of research across the firm, collaborating with investment, portfolio management and client service teams to shape firmwide house views, analyze market and investor trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Kolevsohn joins Stockbridge from Mercer Alternatives, where he served as a partner and head of North American real estate for nearly a decade. Most recently, he held the role of senior U.S. investment director and partner, overseeing advisory and discretionary real estate portfolios totaling approximately $50 billion in assets. He also led strategic partnerships with investment managers across both institutional and wealth management clients. He was also a voting member of Mercer’s Real Assets Investment Committee.
