CenterSquare Investment Management has promoted Steve Carroll to the position of managing director, head of international capital markets. In this role, Carroll will lead go-to-market strategy and ongoing business development efforts with institutional investors in international markets. Carroll has more than three decades of experience in the real asset industry and is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and business development within non-U.S. regions. He is also a member of CenterSquare's new product development committee. His past industry experience includes domestic and offshore business development, in addition to global and regional real asset portfolio management positions at CBRE Clarion Securities and LaSalle Investment Management Securities.
