Starwood Capital Group, Crescent Real Estate and High Street Real Estate Partners have completed the sale of the 1 Hotel and Embassy Suites in Nashville, Tenn., to Host Hotels and Resorts, a lodging REIT and owner of luxury and upper-upscale hotels. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
