StanCERA commits $36.8 million to real estate funds

The Stanislaus County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement System (StanCERA) has committed $36.8 million to two real estate funds, including Graceada Partners Fund IV and PIMCO European Data Center Opportunity Fund, according to meeting materials on Aug. 26.

Graceada Partners Fund IV, a program of Graceada Partners, has received up to $17 million in commitments for its closed-end, value-added strategy. With a fundraising goal of $400 million, the fund invests in multifamily and small-bay/multitenant industrial properties in the western United States. Its predecessor, Graceada Partners Fund III, raised $100 million in equity.

PIMCO European Data Centre Opportunity Fund has received $19.8 million (€17 million) for its closed-end strategy that invests in hyperscale data center facilities in Europe. This fund aims to raise $2.3 billion (€2 billion). Earlier in 2025, Texas TRS committed $30 m
