St. Modwen Logistics invests £126m to build eight units across the South-West

St. Modwen Logistics has plans to invest a further £126 million (€144 million/$140 million) to deliver highly sought-after warehouse and office space across the South-West.

With the South-West recently identified as one of the fastest-growing economic regions in the United Kingdom, St. Modwen Logistics will meet customer demand by developing a total of 885,000 square feet of industrial logistics warehousing across three different sites in Avonmouth, Chippenham and Newport.

Up to 1,200 jobs are expected to be created across the region as a result of the new units. As well as warehouse space, there will also be approximately 50,000 square feet of office space across the eight units, meaning the new buildings will support a diverse range of job roles.
